Profex is a graphical user interface for Rietveld refinement of powder X-ray diffraction data. It supports two different Rietveld backends: BGMN and FullProf.2k. The application reads and displays diffraction patterns from various file formats (RAW data formats of Bruker, PANalytical, Rigaku, Seifert, Stoe, and generic text formats).
