Introduction:

When their detective agency is in danger of shutting down, our two heroes have no other way out, than to take a deal with the devil and temporarily become the subsidiary of a large competitor. But does their new boss have ulterior motives? Will our heroes have to compromise their morals? And what about their relationship? Only time will tell...

Characters:

The Hero:

A young man, who has dreamt of becoming a detective since childhood. After college, he managed to turn this dream into reality and open his own agency, together with his girlfriend. He has made a new for himself, by focusing on clearing the name of the unjustly incarcerated.

The Heroine:

The childhood friend, turned girlfriend of the hero. She has been supportive of him, since early on, and picked up her own set of detective skills. So it was only naturally, that she agreed to open the agency with him, after college. She has a strong sense of justice, which she is unwilling to compromise on.

Jacob Sawyer:

Founder and owner of Sawyer Investigation Offices (S.I.O.), the detective agency named after himself. The meteoric rise of his agency, and his contacts in politics and the media, have made him somewhat of a celebrity. Nevertheless, he is a capable detective and his agency has gained a reputation of being the gold standard in the world of private investigation.

Lydia:

Jacob Sawyers right-hand. Not much is known about her, only that she sees through her tasks with ruthless efficiency.
