PRANKSTER is a graphical user interface for the PRANK multiple sequence alignment program. It allows users to input and output various alignment formats, print to a printer or postscript-file, and filter and select data based on alignment posterior probabilities (HSAML format only).
This is a tool to create, design and edit database files compatible with SQLite.
