PowerPoint to Flash 

This useful application enables users to convert Microsoft's PowerPoint presentations into Adobe's Flash format to display slideshows in a more sophisticated way. So why transfer my presentations? It is a great program, a little bit pricey but produces good quality files allowing you to choose the display size.
