PortraitPro can work with either individual pictures or a batch of them. The program offers a series of overall smoothing and enhancing features that can be applied automatically to a set of portraits to help you gain time. After this first facelift, you can work on each of them individually to remove or improve specific features manually.

The program’s AI-based algorithms will recognize any faces in your picture together with everything else around them. Thus, it will treat each portrait in a specific way depending on the age and gender of the subject, and will locate all their facial features (eyes, eyebrows, mouth, nose, hair, etc.) and the background around them.

To name but a few, I can mention the skin smoothing tool, its full-range digital makeup, the option to change the hair color in a snap, or the program’s eye enhancement utilities. Its slide-based technology makes the entire retouching process easy and rewarding. The program works with all the most common image file formats, including those offering the highest quality possible, such as RAW, DNG, TIFF, and PNG. AI is not cheap, so be prepared to pay a substantial fee for the PortraitPro version that better fits your needs.
