A small edge-case syntax extension/fix for reading in another program’s hand range weights.
This weights syntax:
(3) ":[weight]" on right side of each weighted hand range term; [0.0 .. 1.0] decimal number weights:
For example: JJ:1.0
… has been extended to accept “0” and “1” as weights (without the decimal point):
For example: JJ:1
