After many missing cases that happened on a secluded island, rescue teams were sent to help in whatever was going on. When even the rescue teams went missing, a scout was sent instead. A no named rattata, leader of team viel was that scout. Now all alone on this island he will need all the help he can get to help who he can and get off of the island, and possibly out of pokemon...
