Pixwares WinClock is a nice and easy to use application that displays a transparent clock on your desktop allowing you to move it to wherever you want. The program is very simple and shows a transparent clock on your desktop which gets even more transparent when you hover the mouse over it. You can set it to show the second hand or not and also whether you want to be able to click through the clock or not. It also enables you to adjust the normal and mouse over transparencies as you wish. The program sits on your system tray and allows you to command everything from there. This version is free for personal use and only offers basic functions. However, if you want to get more features you can try WinClock Biz which includes great functions such as the ability to change the skin; World time zone support; alarm, reminder and "to do" list; various styles of clock design; to name but a few, and the price is really affordable. If I were you, I would definitely try this version. It supports Microsoft Windows 2000/XP or above.
