Pixer is a simple yet helpful program that enables you to resize and convert pictures in batches. This application provides you with an intuitive interface, so all users, even those without any graphic design experience, can get the results they need with just a few clicks.
Once the utility is launched, it won't display the main interface window. Instead, it displays a window where you select the files you wish to resize or convert. After you load the pictures, the program lets you enter the desired output resolution or click the JPEG for conversion.
An important aspect is that even when selecting a large amount of photos as input files, the application takes a very small amount of time to offer you the results you need. Furthermore, the output quality is excellent.
The only thing that bothers me about this image utility is the fact that it supports only one output format when converting photos (JPEG).
Nevertheless, Pixer comes without a price tag and offers you quality results within moments. Hence, I can't find any reason why you shouldn't try this app on your Mac, if you ever need to resize or convert multiple photos.
