pIcarver is a tool that can be used to visualize theoretical distributions of peptide pI on a given pH range and suggest a fractionation scheme to create fractions with similar peptide frequencies. This tool was developed by the Proteome Informatics Group of the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB) in collaboration with the Biomedical Proteomics Research Group.
