All you need to do is to import your overlapping images, choose the preferred stitching profile, and the app will take care of the rest. You can test each stitching profile without exporting any files.
Once the app shows you the resulting image in the preview screen, you can use the integrated cropping utility to edit the picture.
However, the program comes with two flaws. Firstly, it doesn't let you export any files if you're using the trial version of the application.
