This plug-in is designed to restore the behavior of the Command+~ keyboard shortcut in Adobe Photoshop 7.x when running on Mac OS X v.10.2 (Jaguar). The shortcut is used to cycle through an application's open document windows, but Apple has reserved it for other purposes. This plug-in should be placed in the Adobe Photoshop Only:Extensions folder within the Adobe Photoshop 7 Plug-Ins folder.
