PhotoMontager is a simple program designed to help you attach frames to your favorite pictures. The application is very intuitive, works with a wide variety of input formats, provides you with many output configurations, and offers you the photo results you need within moments.
This utility lets you choose between various templates of picture frames. Once you selected the one you like the most, you can import the photo you wish to "frame", set up output options, and export the resulted image.
The app also enables you to create video montages with the resulted photos and add background music to the created video.
Nonetheless, this application brings some serious issues. For starters, it crashed every time I started rendering videos. Another disadvantage is that all image results are exported automatically as JPEG files. Hence, the app supports only one output format.
Also, you need to make in-app purchases in order to have access to all templates. With that being said, I think you can find better solutions for framing your pictures.
