This utility allows users to convert their Photo-Paint 9 scripts to work with Photo-Paint 10. The program is designed to optimize the scripts and ensure that they are compatible with the newer version. Unfortunately, all Photo-Paint 10 effects are now using the single "BitmapEffect" command in scripts.
