Pets vs Monsters is a colourful adventure game for children. It lacks bloody scenes but shows good graphics and exotic worlds and sceneries.
Collecting pets, you become more and more powerful and finally you can choose the one that suits you best. The game provides you with a great variety of monsters, as well. The monsters are attacked rather easily by left clicking.
It is interesting that each pet has its special attacks, although not all of them are available from the very beginning. As you complete quests, you get access to health, defence, damage and other bonuses. In addition to this, you can gain experience, collect armour and, therefore, make your attacks more powerful. The blue bar at the bottom of the screen represents Mana which helps you use special attacks. You can also change the look of your character.
To conclude, the game could be played by one player, or children can organize a group to battle monsters together. The game, as well as the chat, meets the requirements of child's safety: the chat has a special filter which blocks all inappropriate words and phrases.
