PDFtk - The PDF Toolkit is a Windows utility that helps you merge multiple PDF documents into a single file. The program comes with a user-friendly interface, supports drag-and-drop actions, and immediately gives you access to the quality results you need.
All you need to do is to import the PDF documents you wish to merge and click the "Create PDF" button from the bottom side of the interface. The application will immediately generate your new PDF.
Unfortunately, the program is quite limited. For instance, even though on the homepage of the developer it says that the app lets your merge and split PDFs, I didn't find any option to split the imported documents.
Furthermore, there's a Pro variant of the utility that enables you to merge, split, watermark, password-protect, and rotate PDFs. The acquiring price is reasonable and definitely worth it if you plan on using the built-in editing tools.
In my opinion, buying the Pro version of this program is a better idea than using the standard variant as it brings you more useful PDF tools, at an affordable price.
