PDF Letterhead Lite allows you to customize your documents by inserting a company logo or letterhead. Fortunately, the application has an intuitive interface layout that responds to the basic workflow. In this regard, there are two first steps to take: first, you should drag the background image and the PDF file onto the interface regions marked for this purpose. As you do that, you can see that the application immediately shows a preview of what the final document will look like. Additionally, it is possible to decide if you want the letterhead to affect the cover page or not. Once you are done, you can immediately save, print or email your new document.
Unluckily, there are very few possibilities of further adjustments; for instance, you cannot place the letterhead exactly where you want it to appear on the page. Likewise, it does not support processing batches of documents, which would certainly save a lot of precious time.
All in all, PDF Letterhead Lite does a decent job in adding a corporative look to your documents. Unfortunately, it has not been upgraded to work on Catalina, what makes it quite unstable when you try to run it on this macOS version. Finally, although PDF Letterhead Lite is free, there is another paid version, which includes additional features, like the possibility of saving letterheads and preferences for future use.
