PDF Converter Professional 3.9

PDF Converter Professional is an application which helps you convert PDF files to Word and PowerPoint formats.

The program provides a user-friendly interface. Since the program includes the drag-and-drop function, adding the files to the conversion list can be done quickly and easily; but I advise you to pay more attention to the files you select, because you don’t have an ability to preview them. However, you get some information about the file or files designated for conversion, namely the size and the number of pages of the input PDFs.

You have the ability to turn your PDF files into PowerPoint or Word documents supported by Office 2008 and 2011. Every time I wanted to convert to the last mentioned version, the application froze and attempted to restart.

The converting process runs well with both Word and PowerPoint formats supported by Microsoft Office 2008. The output files are of high quality and the character recognition is also good. But I couldn't help noticing the lack of advanced settings, such as the conversion of images within the PDF file and eventually, a decrease in its size. Moreover, you don’t get a Help support. Another drawback is that you can’t maximize or minimize the app, so if you want the interface to disappear from the desktop, you need to close the program.

In my opinion, although this tool intends to be a professional edition, it is far from being such a thing. So if you are looking for an application providing advanced settings and professional quality, I recommend you to look for another program.
