PC Fix Speed is a Windows optimizer, that is sold with the promise to restore your computer’s speed and stability. Likewise, this tool can allegedly delete junk data to make more room on your hard disk and preserve your privacy. The program has a very intuitive interface and all the workflow is guided by a wizard, which makes it adequate for any user irrespective of his or her computer experience.

As it is logical, the optimization begins with a diagnosis of the problems in your computer. After a short while, it displays the results, and fortunately, it is possible to view them in detail. However, the limited version of the program fixes only a ridiculous number of issues, none of them related to the registry, which makes it impossible to assess its impact on performance.

In addition to repairing the all errors found, the full version of this product can also tweak your browser for a faster Internet navigation. In this regard, it can also find and uninstall unstable browser add-ons. In order to reduce boot time, the program lets you manage startup applications by postponing less urgent ones. Finally, it also allows creating registry restore points. Luckily, you can let the program do all the work for you if you schedule periodic analyses.

All in all, PC Fix Speed seems to be just another system optimizer. It is sad to say that it lags far behind in relation to the number of available features. Unfortunately, it appears to me that the only positive reviews it has received are those on its developer’s webpage. To make things even worse, its trial version is severely crippled, as there are some features, as the Rescue Center, which cannot be explored at all.
