Pazzles Inspiration Studio is a software that has a range of features to make cutting easier. It has a Mat Screen View which allows you to view the mat on your screen to easily determine where cuts will be made. It also has an Enhanced Cut Accuracy option which can be toggled on in the Cut Control Panel under Options.
