Because normally, Windows OS doesn't recognize hard drives configurated on Mac, Paragon Software developed Paragon HFS+, a software tool that allows users to share files between Windows and Mac computers and this way gain full access to Mac HFS+/HFSX file systems from any Microsoft Windows NTFS partitions.
Before speaking about its features, it must be said that Paragon offers its users a nice looking interface, one that it's quite easy to interact with, one that has well-delimited tabs, a good mixture of GUI theme colors, and which responds very fast to user commands.
One of the most important embedded functionalities is the Automount. Thanks to this feature, the users don't need to manually mount the volumes, because Automount automatically does this every time you power on your computer.
Another useful feature is Write Access, that allows users to create, edit, delete or read any file or folder contained in the mounted drive.
Moreover, Paragon supports all alphabets, including non-latin and non-roman characters, so problems regarding access to file names on volumes are now gone.
It also supports native HFS+ journaling, so any disk file failure can be easily fixed by simply putting it back on track.
To sum it up, Paragon HFS+ is a program that embeds multiple useful utilities, has a nice looking interface and an affordable price. During testing, the only encountered issues were some random volumes disconnections and a few drive detections issues.
