Using a food database of nearly 6,000 food items with nutritional information supplied by the USDA, you can now accurately track the diet that is right for you.~~You can track Fat (grams), Protein (grams), Carbohydrates (grams), Cholesterol (milligrams), Sodium (milligrams), Calories, and 2 user defined Nutrient Fields.Paraben's Diet Tracker also provides a feature to track user defined Physical Attributes about yourself such as weight, weight size, blood pressure, etc. You can define up to 8 values to track.
