Papertrail is a cloud-based log management application that enables users to access app logs, text log files, and syslogs. It allows users to troubleshoot customer issues, detect errors, monitor app requests, identify slow database queries, and track configuration changes. Papertrail also automatically places new systems in the correct location using hostname wildcards.
