Pantech Burst OS Upgrade Tool is used to update the Android operating system of a Pantech phone. The 2.3 updates the phone with Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS. This gives improved functions like self mode and panorama capture mode in camera, AT&T address book synchronization, improved interface, etc.
