Painkiller is a game developed by People Can Fly.
Plot:
Your character, Daniel Garner, suffers an accident and dies. But he has a chance if he wants to go to paradise, where his wife is waiting for him. He must fight against all kinds of monsters of the devil. In your search for the monsters, through each level of the game you will visit a lot of different places.
You will be able to visit cemeteries and dark asylums damn, medieval haunted castles and mosques of Arabian style and even hell.
Each of these monsters has a different attack mode, and you will have five different types of weapons to kill them. But their weak points are difficult to find despite of all the weapons that you will have and all the combinations that you are able to do.
Graphics and sound
The environment is very realistic, you will feel fear for time to time. Also the graphics are excellent you will see in every detail the monsters shape and probably sometimes you will not want to see them. The sound effects are very good also the soundtrack.
To sum up, if you like scary movies this is an excellent game for you.
