Outline is a Mac application designed to help you create and organize notes on your computer. This program might prove to be of good use whenever you're dealing with a very busy schedule and require a solution for keeping track of your important tasks.
The app features an integrated word processor that provides you with numerous text style options, a built-in search tool that helps you immediately find the memo you need, and a very comprehensive manual that teaches you how to handle the program. Furthermore, you can sync the stored data across your cloud service account (Dropbox or OneNote) so that you can access the notes while you're away from your Mac by using your mobile phone.
The application also enables you to password protected the entered notes as a way to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your private memos.
But the aspect I like the most about this app is that it offers so many ways to organize the stored data and customize the appearance of all notes. You can sort memos into groups (personal, work, etc.), export note entries as PDF documents, change the font style and text alignment mode, and much more.
All in all, Outline is a feature-rich program to manage your daily tasks in an easy way. Nevertheless, you can find similar applications that bring a smaller amount of capabilities but with a more reasonable price than Outline's cost. So, it's up to you to decide whether it's worth acquiring this utility for your Mac.
