OrgScheduler Pro 8.2

OrgScheduler Pro is a wonderful calendar and scheduling tool that enables you to organize your daily routine and mark important events in a way that you will never forget any activity or appointment. The program features a very nice and intuitive user interface, that provides different views of the horizontal and vertical timeline. It provides many of the features included in OrgScheduler and a few more. Adding an event is really easy, you just have to double click on the day you want in the calendar and there you can complete subject, location, start and end time, resource, reminder, mark the time (as free, tentative, busy, or out of office) and also use a color label for easy identification. It includes eleven predefined labels but you can add as many as you want. For any activity you can set sound reminders with the file you want and select the number of times you want to play it, as well as email reminders. As for security, you can protect the program with a password, so that only you can have access to this information. This version also allows you to share events with a limited number of resources and includes a customizable resource navigator. The program is really complete and intuitive and definitely deserves a try.
