The OptiSPeC software package is designed for the analysis of multi-curve TCSPC data, such as multispectral FLIM data, anisotropy imaging or FLIM time series. Main concept of the software is the usage of measurement channels and analysis models. A measurement channel is considered as an entity of measurement data originating from a common source, e.g. a single detector channel in a multi-detector setup or one measurement file in a sequence of measurements. Analysis models define a numerical representation of the data by means of a set of parameters.
The user interface of OptiSPeC allows to select one or more measurment channels and to combine them into
an analysis model. Measurements, analysis models, and parameter results are presented and stored together in order to allow the user to save and re-load the complete analysis.
