OneOnOne.macX is a useful tool that allows you to compare one folder or volume to another. You can select a starting folder or volume using the 'Choose Folder' button in each case, or you can drag and drop a folder onto each window. On a PC, closed folders will be marked with a + sign, while on a Mac they will be marked differently.
