Obtract is a Mac app designed to track and reduce your digital distractions.

When you run the app, it monitors the your activities and generates data visualizations to better understand and investigate where your time is going. You can mark activities as being either productive or distracting. As you spend more time on the distracting activities, Obtract creates increasingly complex obstacles in the form of mazes and puzzles to make those activities harder to access. You can also mark your progress throughout the day by creating milestones.
