Nutrition Facts is free software for Microsoft Windows. It will run on any operating system that supports Microsoft .net 2.0, including 98, ME, 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista and Windows 7 (32-bit & 64-bit). Sorry, it does not run on Macs. It contains detailed nutritional information on 7519 foods. The food list is fully searchable and is useful for people on diets where fat, salt or carb intake must be limited.
