NJStar Chinese Pen 

NJStar Chinese Pen is a powerful shareware program for Windows. It has been designed to provide a virtual blue ink pen that allows users to handwrite Chinese characters on the computer. The application recognizes the character immediately and converts it to the printed form, while reading it with a male or female voice. Although the program interface is rather small and simple to use, there are a lot of useful features. We can enable/disable pen, and hear the pronunciation of a highlighted Chinese text (located on a web page, text file, etc.). There are several options, which can be configured to our preferences such as Set Writing Speed (from slowest to fastest, including manual), Set Reading Speed, Set Voice (female or male), Multiple Choices, Read While Input, Read Punctuation, Recognize Chinese (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, or Mix Recognizing), and Disable Alphanumeric. We can also view the Help guide. The free evaluation version of Chinese Pen is fully functional for 30 days. This program runs under Windows Vista, XP, 2003, ME, 2000, 98, and 95, operating systems.
