Nikshay: TB Patient Management App for Public and Private Healthcare Providers in India

Nikshay is a mobile app developed by the National TB Elimination Program NTEP for TB patient management and care in India. It is a unified ICT system that enables both public and private sector healthcare providers to manage their patients efficiently. The app allows users registered as a Health Facility or a Peripheral Health institution with the Revised National TB Control Program, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, to enter patients, add medical test details, treatment details, declare outcomes, monitor adherence (including 99DOTS and MERM), and perform various patient management tasks.

However, Nikshay does not support editing enrollment details, downloading reports, and DBT. Overall, the app provides basic support for TB patient management and is a useful tool for healthcare providers in India.
