This is a newsfeed from in.gr latest news (in greek). It is a thin display - as thin as the Windows title bars - of just the headlines. I use it with the 'always on top' option and place it over the title bars all the way up on the screen. This way I can constantly get a glimpse of the current news without the display being in the way of something else. Clicking on the headlines takes you to the www.in.gr news page, in a new browser window.
