Netcam Watcher Remote Control is a remote client for Netcam Watcher Professional.
It lets you connect to a remote server system running Netcam Watcher Professional, and then view live images from the cameras, view recordings, start and stop cameras, control Pan/Tilt/Zoom on cameras that support this, and also enable and disable alarms.
