Net2Phone CommCenter 

Net2Phone CommCenter 2.1 is a program that allows you to make IP phone calls.

This program is capable of allowing you to make phone calls from your PC to another PC and from your PC to a regular phone line, thus allowing your PC to send faxes to anywhere in the world. This is done using something called "IP Telephony", a method that uses the Internet to route the call to a point near your target location, and then a regular phone line (local) to complete the call. That´s why the fares are much cheaper than those applied when using regular telephone lines all the way.

For doing that, your computer must have a sound card, a microphone and speakers (or a headset). You´ll be using that hardware instead of a regular phone. You will need any kind of Internet connection.

PC to PC calls are free. For making other calls, you´ll have to buy credit.

The Ne2Phone Commcenter is a client that will allow you to communicate. Once you install it, the program will prompt you to enter a username and password. If you don´t have them, you can create them directly from the interface. During the process, you can add funds to your account. Those funds will be used to pay your phone calls and faxes.

You can add contacts to your list in order to be able to send messages or establish PC2PC calls.
