NavProc is a software program designed to log, filter, and display Navtex messages. It allows users to select which messages to display by station ID and/or message type. NavProc receives data from a separate receiver/decoder via the PC's COM port, and can also process text files of captured messages. It was developed for use with a home-brew Navtex stand-alone receiver based on a design by Klaus Betke. The program can also display maps of Navtex station locations. The data files containing station details can be easily updated with a text editor. The install package includes a manual in PDF format.
