Navajo is a graphical user interface (GUI) for the shell command "piconv" which helps users easily convert text files from one encoding to another. Users simply open the program, select the desired input file, give the output file a name, choose the current and desired text encoding, and the conversion is complete. The choice of piconv is due to its reliability compared to other similar programs.
