It comes with two different modules, and it will put an extra toolbar in your Outlook Express or Internet Explorer interface. While writing this review, the program failed to show up in my IE window, so it is reasonable to say that it does not work, at least, with Internet Explorer 8. However, it was installed flawlessly into Outlook Express 6. In order to use this program, you must get a free account with MyLife.com. After that, you will be able to put together in one place all your contacts from Google, AOL, Yahoo!, Hotmail and Facebook.
The added toolbar will give you links to MyLife.com’s main page, where you will be able to look for people you want to locate. From the same page, you will also be able to send e-mails to people who are in your contacts list. As you can create a blog with your membership, this tool will allow you to add entries to your blog and to upload photos.
In brief, MyLife.com has all the good things and all the bad things that any social network has. On the one hand, you will be able to find old classmates, but, on the other hand, you will give a lot of information about yourself and your family and friends to perfect strangers. You should use it at your own risk.
