MXF4mac Player is a simple Mac application that was mainly designed to help you watch any MXF file that you might have stored on your system. But you can also use this intuitive application to load and watch QuickTime movies and it supports most of the popular video formats like .avi, .mp4, .aif, etc.
Opening a movie with the help of MXF4mac Player can be done in two ways. You can either launch the application and select to open the file from its menu bar (it doesn't offer you any interface until after loading the video) or you can simply drag and drop the video directly on the application’s icon.
Once you have done that, you can easily modify the size of the movie window with the help of a simple click-and-drag process (or select one of the available pre-defined sizes from the "View" menu). In addition to this, MXF4mac Player puts at your disposal several easily accessible controls like play, pause, jump forward or rewind and completely stop the movie simply by pressing a button (the hotkeys are not customizable).
