MTsimul 1.4

MTSimul is a microtubule dynamics simulation software application. It can simulate microtubule dynamics while tuning key parameters (polymerization and depolymerization rate). QuickTime movies can be saved, as well as tables summarizing key calculated parameters (like mean microtubule length and rescue and catastrophe frequencies).
