Movino was created as a project for a university course. It was developed in a limited amount of time and with limited experience in the topic. The goal was to create a proof of concept that was functional. Although the solutions are not perfect, they are still usable and serve as a proof of concept. The project was released in May to July of 2007 under open source licenses. It is now up to the users to decide if they want to use it.
