Movie spot has a simple to use interface similar to the popular media players. It supports Windows operating systems from Windows 95 to Windows Vista. The interface supports international localization in six languages. This utility supports most of the popular file formats and few other formats such as RM, RVB etc.

Movie spot supports wide range of functionality in video rendering ranging from simple video controls of viewing to complex controls in panorama, sizing and colors. Audio controls include volume control to equalizer options. Regional language movies require subtitles and management of subtitles is important for video rendering. Subtitle controls include size, position and editing of subtitles. This tool also supports remote control programs to interface with it by processing windows messages generated by the remote control programs.
