iOrgsoft Movie converter for Mac comes with two built-in utilities: a DVD ripper and a video converter. Each of the integrated tools supports a wide variety of formats, preserve the quality of the input movies, and immediately generates the media files you need.
The developer no longer distributes its DVD ripper. So, it can only be found within iOrgsoft Movie converter for Mac. However, the Video Converter tool is still available as a standalone tool on the homepage of the developer.
Both built-in utilities are simple to configure, feature intuitive interfaces, and let you choose from multiple output profiles. Also, they give you access to integrated media players where you can preview the imported files.
In addition, the video converter provides you with several editing options. You can trim, crop or merge the imported clips.
In my testing, the program didn't work 100%. First of all, the DVD ripper occasionally crashed and the video converter sometimes ran slowly. Another disadvantage found: you cannot choose individual output profiles when batch converting movies and it lacks options to attach subtitles to the converted videos.
Briefly, you can find better solutions for converting videos on your Mac. This program comes with many flaws and it doesn't worth buying a product that doesn't work 100%.
