The first is Aftermath Expansion, which introduces a new cinematic story for you to experience, with three new playable characters and skins. The next is the Kombat Pack duo starting with the Kombat Pack 1 which has six new characters, six skin packs, and seven exclusive skins.
The last is Kombat Pack 2 which comes with another three new characters for you to control and play. It's a pretty solid DLC that enhances the base experience and adds more fighters to control. The only thing that could be a small hit against it is its price tag. For what it offers, some players will find it priced a bit too high.

Put simply, Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate can be seen as the complete version of the base game with everything it has to offer.
