Molecules enables you to view molecules in 3D, and manipulate them in real time.
Molecules supports the common 3D molecular file formats. It should be able to handle most things you can download from the web. The complete list of supported formats is:
- .pdb files (Protein Data Bank format)
- .mol files (MDF Molfile)
- .sdf files (structure-data file)
- .xyz files (Cartesian coordinates)
- .cml files (Chemical Markup Language)
