Modern Farm is a simple strategy game with an obvious agricultural theme. Your goal as a player is to manage a farm that starts with a small plot of land and with old and ineffective equipment. Over time you will be capable of purchasing new land and expanding the size of the farm and acquiring new, better equipment.

In my opinion, the best thing about this game is the interesting selection of tractors, combine harvesters, sprayers, tippers, cultivators, cutters and other agricultural equipment that you can purchase for your farm. They will surely please those who are interested in agricultural machinery and equipment.

Other than that, there aren’t many other things that I like about this game. Its visuals are dull and simplistic, and its gameplay is too straightforward, unchallenging, repetitive, and tedious. You just wait for the crop to be ready so that you can sell it so that you can purchase new land or new equipment so that you can cultivate more crops and repeat the cycle. Not exactly my idea of fun. Moreover, the game is not even free – it comes with a time limit that you can remove only by purchasing the full version of Modern Farm.

To sum it all up, I’m sorry to say it, but this game is not worth the money. In fact, it’s not even worth the time it takes to give it a go. There are plenty of other similar strategy/resource management games that offer a lot more for free.
