MissingMpegTools is a set of tools that allow you to encode audio and VCD/SVCD compiant MPEG1 Layer 2, build pipelines for MPEG encoding with MediaPipe, Multiplex audio and video into MPEG program streams split into multi-tracks, general XML files containing instructions on how to build VideoCD, build Toast-ready disk images, and command VideoLAND for VCD/SVCD playback on Mac OS X.
