MirrorPhoto is a very simple graphics editing tool. It allows you to add a mirror effect to your own pictures. There are in total 10 different mirror effects that you can use. They are all automatically rendered when you add an image to the application and you can't adjust the effects in any way.
The application's window consists of two panes and a toolbar. The left pane displays the ten different effects in thumbnails, and the one on the right shows the preview of the selected effect. From the toolbar, you can resize the photo by typing the number of pixels you want for its new size, and you can also crop and rotate the images. When you rotate the image, you also rotate all the thumbnails on the left. When you are done with selecting the effect that you want, you can save the image to an JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP or TIFF file and you can adjust the quality using a slider.
When you add an image, the application seems to automatically detect the person or object that you want to mirror, and it does a good enough job of applying the effects using the detected area of the image. I saw some instances where the effects covered the original person, but mostly, the app worked just fine.
MirrorPhoto has recently become a free app. I don't know if this is a temporary or permanent change.
