Versions of MineSweeper are distributed free of charge within operating systems like Windows or Palm OS. Unfortunately, Apple developers don't offer you this game when installing Mac OS X on your computer. For this reason, apps like MineSweeper Reloaded were created.
This app lets you choose between three difficulty levels, resize and move the game's window anywhere on your screen, and disable or enable sound effects. Its interface is very intuitive and the graphics look nice.
The game board contains a certain amount of cells which, if they're clicked on, they reveal a number or a bomb. Your objective is to clear the board by revealing only the cells with numbers on them. If you click over a bomb, the game is over.
When it comes to playing the game, the developers kept the ability to mark cells as bombs by using left mouse click. You can also place a question mark where you're unsure if the cell is a bomb or empty.
The only thing I'd add to this app would be a help guide for users who aren't familiar with this classic game.
All in all, MineSweeper Reloaded is an entertaining puzzle game for users of all ages. In addition, it's free.
